4 weeks postpartum bleeding stopped and started again

I stopped bleeding and discharge at 4 weeks postpartum then had some light spotting around 5 weeks which I thought was the 6th week bleed and now Im having a little heavier bleeding but still not much at 75 weeks postpartum. Is it normal to start bleeding again 2 weeks postpartum.
